There are many uses for the uniform chips produced by the chippers.

Shown below is the twig breaker welded on the inside of the chipping drum.  A standard feature that helps create the uniform chip that us unique to VALBY chippers.  Slivers and strands of wood are greatly reduced by this exclusive feature on the VALBY LC400 4" chipper
